Granted, wasn't trying to defend the S4 turbo installation, it is indeed sub par.
Only saying that when you're buying any turbo car with 60k+ unknown miles on it, you take a risk.

No Longer Stock With The Upgraded K03s. GIAC-X and AWE Twin2 Exhaust + GIAC Tip Chip. Currently @ 70k mi.

Not by much though. I knew plenty of Supra, GT, Stealth R/T, and RX7 owners
that had problems *right* around 100k, if not soon afterward. Hell, used to have an RX7 myself and the turbos gave out at 115k (and it was relatively stock - reliability mods only!)

My "OTHER" car is a Porsche 951 - Chipped (running 10 psi via Greddy Profec B) - 125k mi...Turbo is
rock solid. I will take it out and give it a "refresh" when I have the valve guides and head gasket replaced. Saves on "labor" when u do it that way.
