link is to my earlier rant. After I bitched to Tire Rack, NTB headquarters, and the NTB store website....the store manager emailed me. Said, "just a comunication problem", we did not understand that you BOUGHT the tires from Tire Rack. Gee, I just showed them my Tire Rack Papers and their "Price Pledge" tire mounting prices. Prices that Their company posted on Tire Racks web site.

And, Gee...you told me the price would be $185.30 because I had "High Performance Tires". NOT because of any Place of Purchase issue.

Well now they want to pick up my tires and mount them for $17.50 each at my convience. Thinking it over...not sure I want them to touch my car OR my money at all.

wheels or tires if they offered to mount them for free. They have damaged a set of wheels of mine in the past and messed up an alinment on my ML. They used crimp type balance weights on a set of wheels a few years ago when I requested adhsive type. Take your fustration at simply trying to get them to honor a price and multipy by 100 when they actually do work. Find a good Mom and Pop shop

and claimed they didn't do it. They paid for the repair, but were still in denial. I haven't returned to NTB since....
