Well I finally got my car back with a brand new RS4 clutch in and a new 1-2 synchro/shift forks.
First Driving impression of the clutch is that the engagement point is lower then stock, I actually stalled it the first time. The pedal is just slightly stiffer then stock, but the feel is great. I'm still getting used to the operation of it, but once I do I know it will rock :-).
Shifting seems quite a bit smoother now too, as the tech also changed out the synthetic tranny oil. X-ing fingers tranny behaves for a long while.

I just got my car back also and my engagement feels softer, I wish it was firmer...
Also engages closer to the floor but that is how a new clutch is. I enjoyed chirping second gear this morning 8-)

Mine is noticeably grabbier compared to stock. I imagine this will decrease somewhat after getting
used to it and breaking it in. Perhaps the "softness" will go away too as you break it in more.
