Default What are acceptable readings for group 020 ? Could it correlate to hesitation/stumbling ?

I'm trying to pinpoint the source of a hesitation during part throttle so I decided to try my first VAGCOM log and look into groups 115, 003 and 020. As far as 115, the Forge BPV's seem to be doing their job with requested and actual not differing by much during shifts, although I did get a brief actual boost reading of 2320 (most peaks hovered around 2150-2200 and are expected from my ECU). But during those peak runs (with 100 % throttle angle), I got readings between 3-9 on all four columns of group 020 (cylinders 1,2,3 & 4). During actual part throttle hesitation, I could see cylinder 1 getting readings between 2-4 (@ +/- 30 % throttle angle). Would a reading of 3 on 1 cylinder be enough to cause a hesitation/stumble ?

No DTC's, tried Amoco, Shell, Texaco, Mobil and Chevron, all 93 octane all the same result. Any clues that might aid in this situation ? BTW, my car has an H-box.
