Trim is birdseye. Leather is a very light grey, not the geriatric "superwhite" in some domestics.

Default I think it's just plain old "silver". It's a pretty nice combo in person. Only problem is...
The door handles and trim around the windows switches use a plastic of the same shade and it shows dirt/grease instantly. If I wore driving gloves, and/or wasn't a slob, it probably wouldn't be as big of a problem.
