<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/7258/e46_m3csl_04_l.jpg"></center><p>"2003 BMW M3 GTR: BMW Motorsport will build a limited number of V-8-powered GTR street cars to satisfy homologation requirements, permitting BMW to campaign eight-cylinder cars in the American and European Le Mans Series. The light, 2975-pound M3 GTR features a 350-horsepower engine with a full compliment of track-ready components. Priced is expected to be in supercar territory. "

I'd rather have a 996 Turbo.
and I agree with David, since they pulled out of that siers they have no need to manufacture that car now. It would have to have a lot more than 350hp too...seing as the ALMS cars were V8's, not inline sixes.

Well... the LAME thing is... it's not any faster than the I6
Kinda strange, but it's heavier and it only has 17 more HP. It's really only for the rules -- I'd go for the superlight if that one ever comes out over the V8, which I think is north of $200K. Definitely not worth it for the price, but it's really only for collectors and for regulations purposes.
