Default what the hell does it mean when the word "BRAKE" lights up intermittently in red on the dash while
driving?!?!? scared the sh*t out of me. Happened after I braked a little, was driving along about 30-40 mph, nothing abnormal. Went away after about 10 seconds.

Something I should check? Brakes seem to work fine...

Have you checked your brake fluid level? It drops as the pads wear. May need to top it off.

how does your clutch pedal feel? Have you replaced the clutch recently?

didnt notice anything wrong with the clutch...still the original one...why?

Default top it off a bit, during heavy acceleration it sloshes back from the sensor - fixed the problem for
me at least.

Default haha, you'd probably remember if it did the 3 beep thing
That always scared the crap out of me. I would just keep an eye on it. When my ABS controller went out it started blinking and beeping at me once a week or so then increased until it was on all the time. It could possibly be that, but its a pretty easy fix.
