What's the best access to the passenger side intercooler to tighten hose clamps?

Default What's the best access to the passenger side intercooler to tighten hose clamps?
I think I've got a possible leak there, I did a pressure test and there's some activity on that side. Would it be the headlight, or take of the wheel and wheel liner?

Pop the headlight if you're having trouble reaching the top clamp.
