Default Pat SoCal runs them.

Gaining popularity. I have yet to hear any negative comments.

They also have a new style coming soon that tickles my fancy....

CCW is a good track wheel. No deals on them, but they are the best value for what you're getting.

Default I run them (as mentioned below). No mods needed.

I run a 5mm though due to width. My fenders are rolled/pulled and I run quite a bit of spring rate. You should be fine with 18X8.5's if you do a mild fender roll. ET would probably be around 35 I'm guessing. What brakes do you run? John at CCW can get you all set in regards to the correct offset.

Mine weigh ~17lbs.

Default I have the SP500's

They machine the wheels to order, took about a week. I am running 18x8.5 with 38 mm offset. Toyo T1-R's 255/35 r18 looks like I could fit 265's if I tried! -2.5 deg camber front, -1 rear and front fenders rolled flat. Pretty light wheels, around 18 lbs, forged.
