When the turbos are about to blow do they make a kind of a high pitched ticking sound?

The display will say "Turbos are blown" and then you will know. There will also be flashing lights
and sirens.
Actually I have no idea. Mine have not blown yet *knocking on wood*. I'm sure they make some high pitched siren sound like everyone talks about.

not a ticking sound maybe u have a mixture of a bad cv boot and a and turbo.
I see this is your first post. You will always be on the edge about your turbos blowing but there is a better change it's in your head. The onlt thing i can recomend is...
Get a boost gauge
check for oil under the car and/or on the turbos
make a video of your car under boost.
