after recall and updates, anyone elses car feel slower?

The two differences I feel are 1) Since the fuel line change, when driving a steady 30 or 40 mph it seems like somethings holding the car back; it doesn't 'roll' easily like it did before. And 2), NOW I get the clunk when in "S" or dynamic mode. Before the TSB's it never happened to my car. I'm wary of having them try to fix it though; and, I still love my S6.
