Default Matte paint colors

To all you in the know. Can the S6 be special ordered with any matte paint colors?

No! Only RS7 and R8, and it is $6'900. I just actually checked with my dealer.

No, but wrapping it in clear, matte vinyl looks really good, and it doesn't come with any of the headaches you'd have from caring for matte paint.

This is owned by someone here, can't remember who though.

Wow I really like that matte wrap! I wonder how it is to wash a wrapped car?

Normal carwash soap & water. Hand wash only and NO wax! If you want the waxed look, use a quality plastic cleaner afterwards. I use "Plexus" and it works like a charm.

Wash it with normal soap and water. Do not wax. SOME quick detailing sprays are ok, but not all.

A full wrap will cost anywhere between $2-6K for a car this size, depending on the material and installer. The Xpel films are a premium product so expect it to be in the $4-6K range.

It's not really going to be any cheaper than a factory matte paint, just a lot easier to care for, and if you change your mind, you can always go back to gloss.
