I couldn't locate the carbon/aluminum optic packages on the Audi DE page posted above?

Are you sure these are the titanium wheels, or just some shadows on the plain 21" wheel?

Here is the link to the optic packages in the configurator:

To navigate there in the configurator, click the "Ausstatung" tab followed by the "Ausstatungpakete" sub-tab to find the optic packages. CF mirrors are under the "Auben" sub-tab.

As for the wheels, I am pretty sure after inspecting them on a hi-res monitor. Not shadows for sure.
