Hello every one
i am asking
I started my car few days a go and usually the mmi screen pops out
this time it made a noise then pop out and retracted back , like it was broken
when i checked by moving it , ! it is floppy as a paper but it is working

i went to the dealer and checked with them and he send me a photo of the screen after removing it from the car , and he said to me "not found any mechanical or electrical faults so we forward to warranty department "

as i understand from him it might not be under warranty is that correct ? any one happened to him the same and was changed under warranty
and if not how much this part cost and what is the part number

Tough to answer the question of whether it is under warranty when you don’t post the year and mileage of your car.

Milage around 30000Mile
the car is still under warranty and I bought the extended warranty also

If it's under warranty, I would expect/demand that the dealer restore it to the factory spec.

I'm not sure where you live, but here in the US that will be covered unless there is evidence that you abused the screen or something.

I think the OP answered his own question. He has warranty coverage.

I live in Saudi Arabia

And the dealer doesn't know if it will be fixed under warrenty

So they sent a question to warranty department and waiting
