What are the recommended APR Stage 3+ engine internal upgrades?
And what kind of cost for parts and labor would you be looking at to put them in?
With these upgrades, will the engine be more then adequate for long term life with the extra power?

I wonder that too... Pretty non-specific on the site..
Why would you be interested if you have an M3? I've been considering if I want to go stage 3+ or just get an M3 like in your sig!

Forged Rods would be the main upgrade...
Upgrading the pistons is not necessary, but if you decide on going in, might as well do the pistons. I have a few friends running big turbo's on their A4's and GTI's and the stock internals have held fine.
Not sure on the cost of upgrading the rods and pistons would be. I've been running the Stage 3+ for a few months, so far so good, I'm loving it. M3's are one of my favorite cars, but they are not a problem now with the Stage 3+. : )
