Probably was me...I live near there...when are we having a Manhattan meet like some Ferrari
people did in Times Sq.? There are areas like the south street seaport or by Chelsea Piers that have parking (not parallel) that are not very busy late night or early or late on weekends. The west side highway and tunnel to FDR are decent roads to open it up albeit for 2 min.
Probably could get NJ people to come out...its quick from Hollad Tunnel and Brooklyn and LI people over the southern bridges. Zerbst can bring Shamika down the FDR from CT.
