Timing Belt & Trunk Lip

As the title says I need to do TB and also install ABT trunk lip that I got from ebay. I never did either and I have absolutely no tools to perform any of these. Trunk Lip is the most annoying since it fits nicely but it needs to be held to the drunk because it deviates slightly.
So I wonder if anybody has a shop or place where they do their audi repairs/upgrades.
