Verify radio unlock code

Verify radio unlock code
The tech who setup my car didn't write down the unlock code. A salesman emailed me a code, but I'd like to verify it's correct without locking the radio. Is there a way to do this?

No code in my book.
After 2 weeks of trying to get the code from service, I kinda doubt the code I was given is what the tech actually keyed in during PDI.
Unless he uses the same code on ALL the cars?
