Default Suspension Ideas.....

I'm going to buy suspension soon and I've looked into several different options. I'm leaning towards a set of Bilstein Sport Shocks and H&R Sport Springs, but I've also thought about the V-Maxx Coilover set-up that Stratmosphere has given that they're only $549, BUT, I'm also a firm believer in the phrase you get what you pay for, so that being said I'm a little leary of them.

I looked into Koni Shocks as well, but they're buko expensive and by themselves would cost as much as the Bilstein/H&R combo, so I've pretty much cut them out of the running.

I autocross it several times throughout the year, but he car is my daily driver for now, so I need to consider that for the time being. I'm just curious to see what other people are running and how they like it.

Maybe look at Vogtland GT2 from Achtuning.

For an Autox setup, our Vogtland Club Spec lowering springs are a great option to consider instead of the H&R Springs. They're not quite as low in ride height (only .8" drop from stock), but offer a stiffer rear spring to help the car rotate, which is important for an Autox setup.

We offer the springs with KONI sport shocks for a tested combination. Feel free to email me if you have any questions!

I _love_ the Stasis Streetsports. Not harsh at all. Very factory like ride - only you can lower the car and they have much better damping than stock. Perfect for daily driver use IMO.

I'd buy the Stasis set-up in a heartbeat if I could afford it, but unfortunately it's way above my budget for now.

are there any shock/spring combos that lower the car a decent amount? or are they all really minimal drops? Ive been looking to do the suspension as well.
