Does all Xenon Headlights have LED daytime running lights?

Does all Xenon Headlights have LED daytime running lights?

Considering converting my US headlights to the EURO spec xenons headlights (don't like the amber reflector on US headlights). Anybody happen to know if the UK Xenon all have the LED daytime running lights?

Unfortunately I did not order the LED lighting package with my Prestige 2012 A6 and wondering if that could be done in the after market and if so, some type of estimated cost to see if it's worth it.
