Anyone in Western NY area who is capable of trouble shooting an RNS-E problem?

I have a B5 S4 and my CAN-H and CAN-L lines are now tapped into as instructed, but I'm still not getting a signal to the unit. I've been w/o this for months now and I'm getting desperate.
