Help with Bluetooth Install

So, I'm going to install it next week, but had a few questions:

I have a 2001.5 A4 w/ RNS-D and bose stero
It steams music via bluetooth and also has a 3.5mm stereo jack. Here are my questions:
If I hook up the basic leads (+,-,ACC, Mute, Telphone +,-), it should work without a problem, but would use small speaker in driver's side door?
If true, I wouldn't get streaming stereo (via bluetooth or 3.5mm jack)
If I wanted to use the music function, I would need to wire to the speakers? If that's true, does it matter if they're wired from the back of the radio, or do I need to wire it post-amplifier?
If I wanted to do that, do they make harnesses, so I won't have to splice the existing harness?
Where is the best position for the mic? I know there's a spot under the dome light...any issues with wind noise?
