All, it's been a while since I was active on these forums and did not know that a Texas forum exists... it took a couple of hints until I got it.

I am looking for a mechanic in the Houston area who works on the side for reasonable rates on my 98 tqms.

I also look for a fellow enthusiast with an a4 with a Borla exhaust before I buy one.

As for my car I took the long route to tune it, as things wore out I upgraded. Now it has a K04, but not the right software yet (Greedspeed VBL), I need an exhaust first. I have lowered it further a bit using grooved Neu struts. There is quite a bit of little upgrades, I don't quite remember all, incl: euro headlights, PhatNoise...

I have some pretty good performance measurements from the time the car was stock and with the 0.8 bar Neu chip. I will repeat the same now for each stage (K04+VBLchip, +exhaust, +correct K04 software). That will be fun.
