A friend in Dallas did this same thing, cost him $160 per wheel.
I had a set of wheel powdercoated. They were raw aluminum, no finish on them so no sandblasting needed. I used a stock color, so it only cost me $40 per wheel.
Any paint and body shop can do it.

Grape Jelly is alot cheaper and will make your car just as ugly as...
Anthracite wheels. :-) You should considering buying a set of wheels in that color from the factory. IMO, factory car with anthracite wheels looks too ghetto. Its the polar opposite of shiney chrome, but just as ugly.
