Check the AC compressor clutch is engaging, check the electric cooling fans are running.

When setting the auto-climate control to allow for AC, the compressor clutch does not activate. Fuse had been replaced because it did blow and now the fuse remains good. Next steps I should look at ?

Check to see if there is 12 volt power to fan clutch . If there's power the clutch is probably burned out hence the failed fuse.

The compressor clutch ? As the AC should at least work a short time even if the (cooling) fan was not ?

Default This just happened to me

The next thing to happen will be your electric fan will stop working and your car will overheat there is a relay or fuse block mounted on top of the battery mine shorted out I had it replaced problem solved. Hope this helps.
