Advantage Audi/Jag Loma Linda - Long talk with customer service manager today
As some of you know, a few people including myself have had less than perfect experiences when dealing with Advantage Audi/Jag in Loma Linda CA. After the last posting from another forum member, I sent a lengthy email to Mosa Boruah, Customer Service Manager for Advantage. The email detailed my problems with service and included copies of the posted forum messages from other members. Mosa called today and expressed concern and sorrow over Advantage's less than stellar customer service. He has read all the posting here in the AudiWorld forum and is having a staff meeting to discuss them. Mosa was hired a few weeks ago to boost Advantage's poor (and sinking fast) Audi and Jag customer service indexes (CSI). What does that tell you?
Mosa encourages all Advantage Audi/Jag customers (potential or current, pissed or happy) to email him directly with any customer service issues.
He can be reached at:

I was one of the people who posted about an unpleasant experience with Advantage. As long as David Choi is the manager nothing will change. The customer service Rep may tell you what you want to hear but the head guy sets policy. Advantage is the only Audi dealer in Riverside and San Bernadino County, that might be a reason for the atitude. I personally will be driving 90 miles into L.A to have my car serviced. If you every hear that they fired the little sh*tt, let me know I might give them another chance rather than make the long drive.
