Default Are all dealers this good?

Just picked up my TT from service. Monday got an appointment for today. Car was completed as needed. 20k service, Kmac install while control arm recall was being done, align, haldex service, synth oil (dealer supplied), new battery, etc....no hassle, on time and ........ n/c (including chauffering) :-)

Default Close....20K service today....same price as you, but I supplied the oil, and....

I declined the chauffering since Mrs.Duct Tape was revving her truck impatiently while I was chatting to the service adviser :-)

Seriously though, kudos as usual to Continental Motorcars in Melbourne FL. Class act in every respect.

Default Wow - I feel sorry for you - but how does that relate to this post - was it this dealer? This tech?.

I too paid for my car outright. I too would be outraged at what has happened to you.

I wonder what the escalation process is for these problems? The dealer has to answer to Audi right? I wonder what you can do?
