Well I have a Startac with Verizon service. I had Tweeter install the new cellport3000 hands free kit, and connected it to the TT's top antenna IT WORKS....

its available form best buy. $159 for the kit and another $60 for the cradel. My installer just tapped into the antenna and it works...

2) where did you mount the microphone?
3) any wires visible in running to the speaker and mic?
4) where exactly did you mount the phone?
5) did tweeter need to do anything special to hook into the external antenna?

Does it use the mic installed in the car? mute the radio?

they have a directional mike and an amplified speaker. it also has a connection to a car stereo that is supposed to mute the output.

the speaker is mounted on the passenger side left foot, under the dash (pic to follow)

2) where did you mount the microphone?

The microphone is up on the headliner by the windshield next to the splstic sun visor

1 inch of the microphone no speaker

4) where exactly did you mount the phone?

I purchased the cellphone mount form clair ( the expensive one). Its mounted on that next to the emergency brake its a little tight, when the phone is flipped up it would deffinitely be a pain ( looking for other options)

Nope he just spliced right into it. I'm pretty sure the microphone could of been done the same way but i didnt want to chance it.
