Default Any disadvantage to using a 4 bar fuel pressure regulator?

I think the TTs come with a 3 bar regulator and was thinking about getting a 4 bar. Just got chipped and though it would be a good idea. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Default Yep... stick with the 3 bar unless your chip requires additional fuel pressure, or

you've replaced your MAF housing with one that's "tuned" (see the "ModShack")...
At 4 bars you'll run over rich and will likely throw "CELs"...

Other than screwing up your fuel/air mixture and throwing a code? No.

Look into the Modshack stage 2 for that kind of change.

No problems here with chip and larger MAF. See TTSchwing for larger MAF,

Default More is not better,,....>>

Unless you've done some other things to take advantage of it. A 4 bar will just make your car run richer and slower.

not worth using unless you're getting more air in there as well.
