The dealer DID fix that. It ended up being the trunk lid..just lubed the weatherseal (I don't know with what)..but gosh darn, it DID work.
So far so good.

See...I can say good things as well..

They did also rotate the tires as part of the service.

So if you do have a rattle or noise in the back, this is one possible fix.

Default 2 days of down time; lots of disassembly/reassembly...then it lasts for

just a few weeks and guess what? "Its baaaacccckkk!!!"
18.5 manhours billed to AofA and it is back to its rattletrap self. Ironically, the roads here are not even 1/3 as bad as those I witnessed when I made my NJ trip last month.

Default what did they dis-assemble and reassemble...If this is truely the fix (lubing the weatherstrip)...

I wouldn't mind doing it every so often. Don't know if they did anything else..but it is gone..now just hear very very faint squeaks in the top.

Very pleased that they found the noise.

Since it is raining here today.. I can check to see if they got the top/window leak fixed as well.

We will see..

Try white grease on the door jam latch and the nylon wedge at bottom of door, worked for many of us
