Any thoughts on how the next S4 will compare to the C32?

I understand that they will be around the same output specs and price and such, but the S4 will have quattro and a manual tranny... anything else?

I was just wondering if the cars would be fairly comparable, perfomance-wise? I would think they would be, they have almost the same stats.
