Default WHen my Mintex brake pads failed TTstuff took them back and refunded my money with NO problems.
Very good service.

Well, I returned my osir e-brake to them(in august), and still have not gotten credit back yet. Everyone there has been fair, and agreed to take care of this. But it has been over a month.

Default Same thing happpened to me, mos likely the gave like "instore credit"
When i returned the item it took them like 3 weeks then I email mail telling them what is up. The next day the emailed me saying I have instore credit for the amount returned. I wrote them back that I wanted it back to my checking account. Week later, all is well. Just email them.
