Ross, lame probably, but have you tried a NAPA Auto Parts store? There are 18 in CT, I've
linked the their "locate a store" page to this post. At least give them a call to see if they carry the part. and all the local speed shops
I was hoping someone knew of an OEM (motorcycle or car) that used the same size or something...

strat and stoptech both said they would overnight
but stupid me - I have a client install tomorrow and no car 
so I've been driving all over CT after dropping my wife off at work and stealing the A4 and haven't found a thing...and the A4 needs to go in for the 30K tomorrow - so I literally have no cars tomorrow all day. I knew I should've waited for the weekend...
