Default same...but i suppose they can offer it up since not many can afford the stage III. i'm curious

about the throttle body...if it is a custom one or a complete newer version with honed or larger opening.

Default um, I wouldn't call it "dahlback style" for a couple of reasons....

first

dahlback didn't design theirs, lehman (sp?) did back in the 70's or 80's for some 2.2l race applications.

second

lehman's design incorporates velocity stacks (completely unnecessary on turbo cars) and a tapered 2 part barrel. From an engineer's perspective, the APR mani and Lehman unit are completely different.

Our manifold is providing very impressive gains on our Stage 3 application and is designed specifically for it. OEM Turbo cars won't see any gains but they look pretty hot!

Default the throttle body supplied is a 76mm OEM VDO unit from a different application....

the oem t.b. is 51mm if I remember correctly.

Default

just to clear the air, would highly modified TTs benefit a little, or would it just be minimal gains?

Default so on a stock motor, would i benefit from using a 76mm TB? and if so, would programming

change as well to accommodate a larger TB?

Default The bigger the turbo, the bigger the gains it seems....

a 180hp 1.8T stage 3+ saw a 43whp gain. sorry for the xpost but here's a full write up abou it.

Customer Experience

Default i would think the larger TB would allow more airflow...

which will affect something down the line, yes? or would the ECU adapt somewhat.
