Default Atit-theft device

Can anyone go into more detail on the anti-theft device? Does it prevent the ignition from starting the car?

Default Who really needs "A tit-theft device"? Aren't they usually well attached and pretty hard to steal? (nt)

Make sure it's front-closing -- fewer shorts in the alarm system. Don't think Griot's Garage has them in inventory. (nt)

Default Yes, I understand the ignition is shut down so the car can't be started. Really don't know much about it otherwise. JIM
