Atlanta Audi Quattro Challenge......(long)
Just got back from the Quattro Challenge at Road Atlanta. What a blast! Despite the large number of attendees, got a considerable amount of driving time..three laps of the track (plus one with an insructor driving), four rounds of autocross, 6 rounds of wet skidpad autocross, and 5 accident avoidance runs. My hat off to Audi. Very well done.
I also spoke with an engineer from Ingelstadt. Seems the TT won't see a full makeover for 2 or 3 years.
If the Quattro Challenge comes to your town, DO IT!

that was long? :D I had a great time too.... did they by any chance show you a video with my car?
Someone else said that the video they were showing had me driving... you could tell by the license plate.
Any idea?

Well, if it was on the auto-x track, yes :D
My first run rocked... pretty close to first.. but the subsequent runs sucked, I was trying too hard. I kill a lot of little orange cones that day.

Why want Audi do this in Chicago??
I'm paying $250 to do driving school and lap times at Gingerman Raceway on 13 June.
Ferg, down in Texas arranged for driving school and lap time for a miniscule amount of money.
Audi should do something for all of us in Chicago.
