They give you allen screws to keep their super-soft brackets in place.
But even with red LocTite on them, one of mine managed to back out. The fix is to use proper bolts and locking washers so that nothing like that can happen again.
I don't think that the amount of leverage that would be applied to the screw holding the brackets was considered initially... <_<

Not worth it.
I've dealt with them on customer service issues before, and they gave me about $150 in credit for over $700 in parts and repair.
Now that I've got a bill that's up to around $3,000, I don't even want to be insulted by what they'd offer me.
I'm sure they wouldn't take any sort of responsibility for it.
AFAIK, I'm the only one who has had this problem...
Hell, my brackets were slightly different sizes, so why should I have expected the quality to be high?
