ok, I have narrowed downt the issue i have on my serp belt, is not my crank pulley, but it appears my tensioner is rubbing on the metal shroud, melting it and then in turn pushing off my serp belt.
Can someone post the bentley pic of the tensioner and the serp pulleys etc?
I wonder if there is to be some washers or something like that in there?

got the new tensioner, but it was missing a washer making it off and rubbing.. ty, hopefully sorted!
