Boost Gauge installed - question about values

I'm able to hit 25 for boost (in second gear, rolling and then punch it - spikes to 25). This seems pretty high. What are acceptable boost ranges?

Also - anyone else with a VDO boost gauge that doesn't return to perfect zero with power off?

That's high since your sig doesn't mention a chip (?)...
