Default This car is starting to **** me off>>

I got it back yesterday after the dealer replaced the trans and the windshield(stress crack) after two+ wks....only to find out that the windscreen mechanism is messed up. I took it back to the dealer today, they said the whole thing prb needs to be ordered from germany and replaced!!!! This is getting ridiculous. Get the car back only to find more damn problems....so for now, the windscreen is permanently up (I had them remove the fuse so it doesn't go down with the top going up)... just HAD to vent. thx for listenin.

Default hang in there. all cars have bugs

the TT has not been around all that long and the priv of hacving one in the first model year is sometimes worth the cost of dealing with the new car bugs. That said, there is no excuse that will cover the POS DV we all got :-(

Default Bugs are one thing>>

But when major stuff has to be replaced on a car that is just over a year old...you have to wonder..

Default I hear you loud and clear

I would also be "bugged" about this kind of stuff. Seems like a lot of people have had the stress crack in the glass thing and I'm pretty sure I've seen others here with the power rear glass issue you're now facing...

I'm very sad for you. I hope you will not loose your love for the car in all this. If it is any consolation try going to this site:

Problems? Try here!
