Are you talking about the turbo intake pipe?...if so it's a 3 if you have small hands 6 if big
do a search for tools(small rachet set like a "Chapman" and techniques(dog leash trick and bear hug etc.)that make it easier

Working on my 180Q's Samco as I type...
Good to have:
1. patience
2. long skinny arms arms
3. nimble fingers
4. stubby tools
...
My install is still on going. Granted, I'm not like RobeTT or ArTT Vandelay who are mechanically skilled enough to work on their own timing belt.
I took maybe 1.5hr to take off the old one. Another hour+ trying to figure out how to get the Samco down past this stupid tube that's blocking the fatter Samco. RoberTT said it's bendable, but I wiggled it down. Now onto securing the c-clamp.
I figure total work will be around 5hr, many bandages, and a sore body...

Did it last week,
The cast piece was hard to get to but once you get the allen screw out you wiggle the cast pipe off. Then you have to shove the Samco by some hose and that is the hard part. Put it on the turbo and tighten the clamp. The rest is easy
