Dahlback manifold users..... impressions please?!

IMO - unless you are doing a big turbo, head work and ..........
cams, the manifold isn't going to make that much of a difference. It will improve flow in the higher rpm range - and mated with port and polish, solid lifters and a matched cam - it will show much bigger gains. In and of itself with a stock turbo and chip etc. it's not gonna do much.

FWIW, I like my Dahlback intake manifold. Upgraded from stock manifold and thought
there was a nice difference from stock. I never went the EH route although I was thinking about it before the D-manifold was in fruition. I don't regret it one bit...to me, the difference was about the same or better than my exhaust mod. again, everything at this point will be incremental...squeezing every last drop of HP out of the K04 stock turbo. Anything else or the next level is big bucks.
Plus, it all depends on how you drive the car. if you drive it on the mild side, I wouldn't consider changing the stock one. But since you drive alot and are on the highways alot going to the city...and if you drive like me, I would highly consider it. You will notice that the boost comes on smoother and at WOT, there's no issues with air starvation...unless your TTDA's filter needs cleaning like mine.

Noticed the slight hesitation in first gear is gone since install
I am not sure if it was prevalent amongst other TT's, but I have driven one other, and it had same problem getting car moving in first gear. Car has a slight pause before it picks up from a standing start. I am not a dragster, but it was annoying. Since install, that hesitation is gone.
