DICE Ipod Adapter Installation-STFA'ed, but didn't find a write-up!>>
i'd appreciate it if anyone here could post a write-up and/or pics for the installation. i know i have to use the wiring harness to connect the adapter to the changer in the back, but don't quite know how to do it. also, where and how did you guys place the adapter and the ipod? TIA!

hey debashis, i've done 3 or 4 DICE TT installs, but have no pics
hope this helps:
start by removing your radio, you'll need the keys to do this...
once you have this out, don't unplug it until you're CERTAIN that you have the radio code. I've never needed mine, but just in case...
Next, it depends on where you want your iPod, but I have always placed it in the center tray where the buttons are... Take the iPod connector wire and let it fall behind the dash. Now you'll need some ingenuity to get the wire to come through the bottom of the door. Best way to do this is remove the triangle knee brace and the accompanying trim panel (torx wrenches required here).. Slide the wire into the box there, and you can proceed with the hookup.
now, remove the black connector from the back of the radio, and hook up the included harness. Black connector will go into one of the recepticles, as will the DICE unit.
The unit should fit neatly behind the radio (push it all the way in, and you'll find there's a little cave back there if you let it fall downwards a bit..)
Button everything back up, you should be all set.

You don't have to remove it. Just unplug it from the trunk and use that jack.

but my wiring harness end is not circular;it's rectangular>>
just to make sure we're both talking about the same thing: from the dice adapter, there are two wires-one goes to the ipod, and the other one to the changer, right? at least that's what i have

Mine was circular at the end that plugs into the CD Changer cable..........
the other end was rectangular. There was a second cable. It plugged into the rectangular end and then led to the actual iPod plug.
