Default Doesn't make sense... no start on engine.

Okay well I haven't had time to pull the engine apart, but i'd love to hear yalls advice.. I was driving on the highway, pulled off to an exit.. There was traffic so I stopped. Then went from N -> 1st and the car stalled.. It would NOT start back up after it stalled. I checked the battery which was fine, aswell as the spark plugs, coil packs, and even my fuel lines. Everything is fine, my serpentine belt even moves when I try to start the car.. My RPM shows <200RPM but will not turn over.. Has anyone experienced something similiar? I just put a new stage 2 clutch in, but if the flywheel locked & the starter was not engaging, then my serpetine belt would not turn.. Correct? OR no?? thanks for everyones help!! this has been a damn nightmare (addition): I am hoping this is not a timing belt issue, but my car does have almost 100,000 miles!! YES I KNOW I KNOW but cut me some slack ...My timing belt is sort of loose (i can move it somewhat with my hand), and when I do try and turn it over, the timing is NOT turning with the serpetine belt..

I think you answered your own question. I hope not but sounds like timing belt.
