Default Electrical gremlins are attacking my TT. This weekend, blinkers go crazy, then today, alarm goes off

after arming/locking it. what gives?

the blinkers...left side blinks super fast (at least twice as fast as right turn signal). mostly when its cold.

then today, everytime I go to lock the car...a few minutes later...the alarm goes off. What's going on? If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Will have to call the dealer in the morning.

Default not yet...which is why I need the mainTTainer.

I already got my Optima 34R ready to go...will drop it in when I get the mainTTainer to make the swap...otherwise, I would have to go to the dealer to get my radio code, etc. too much of a hassle. would rather use the mainTTainer, make the swap, unplug the mainTTainer and keep everything the way it was.

so you think its the battery voltage dips? that's making it set it off? my allroad didn't do that...it was just difficult to start a few times.

Default Duh...Smack my head....MainTTainer on the way!....>>

It could very well be a voltage issue Bill...These cars do VERY strange things when voltages are too low...

Default I've been doing this for years...>>

Basically it plugs into your cigarette lighter socket and maintains all the car's settings (Radio, Dash, ECU), allowing you to unplug the battery for maintenance, mods, replacement, etc. without having to go through the hassle of re-setting everything. In 3.5 years, I've never had to reset my radio, and you know how many times my car's been apart! The plug has a small LED indicating it's hooked up correctly. The battery is a sealed 1.3 AH unit which should hold settings for weeks if not months. Email me for more info..
