How perfect you can align everything depends on how much time you want to spend and how much room you can give yourself by lifting the car.
After I got it on, the tips weren't too my liking and we couldn't adjust it easily. I went to a custoim exhaust installer and he charged me $50 to fix it. I bet it wouldn't have been much more to just do the whole thing from the beginning. My advice - make a couple phone calls and see. Maybe you can find something inexpensive enough to be worth it.
