Just ordered TT 180. I've been a watcher of this post, I admit, but now I am here! I love this car. I was going to buy a restored VW Gia until I saw the TT, but I think you know the end of this story.
How do you people cope with the wait?

Congrats on the TT180 order! I am about to take delivery of my 225TTQC "any day now", being held up at the port of entry. 
I've had this one on order since Sept 99, but I'm getting the *exact* car that I wanted... thus patience is a definately a virtue when you have a TT on order.
So hang in there, we'll be here for your virtual moral support.

I was told about seven months. I've been driving my wife crazy. We saw MI:2 today and after we left I was driving my Chevy S-10 like I was in the TT.....She was not happy.....
