I am a long time reader of the forum, but have been shy about posting here until now. I figure it is about time to get myself out there. I have had a 2001 225TTQR for about a year and 2 months and love it more and more every day. It is unbelievable how this car grows on you as you go through time with it.

Let me also say that I have found every bit of information I ever need to know and more in my time reading this forum. More about the TT is known by members of this forum collectively than any group of Audi mechanics.

Eric

On a side note, I am looking for a place to install an after market exhaust system on my car somewhere in the Chicago area--preferably in the city. Any of the Chi-towners have any suggestions?

Maybe he doesn't have the "Show Off Topic Posts" box checked - might be a good thing. :-)

Default motopersona is behind the yorktown mall (lombard).

they do lots of work on audis (apr dealer i believe) and i know one of the guys who works there pretty well through autocrossing. i don't think they're the cheapest place around, but they'll do a good job.

an exhaust system really shouldn't be much of a challenge for any mechanically-inclined person, so even a midas type shop can get it done.

motopersona
