<IMG SRC="http://mysite.freeserve.com/rhbutt/forgecom.gif">

I hope you have noticed that our banner is now appearing on this forum. Many of you will be familiar with some of our products already but our intention now is to introduce you to those products which have previously not been available from some of our US distributors. Our US website is up and running so please feel free to take a look. In the next week we should have all our pricing posted and online ordering facilities available. We would welcome your comments and will always endeavor to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products.

Default Yep, seen them and sent a few emails asking about them

to various places. Are these for everyday use, or just track? Also, when will strut brace be available???

Default Were Stratmosphere's sales just too profitable for you to ignore?

You will quickly find that customer service like that demonstrated by Stratmosphere is difficult to emulate and often times expensive.

I speak only for myself, but doing business with a Forge Distributor in the US like Stratmosphere has been easy, quick, and very positive. They represented your products in a very professional and proactive manner.

Spending money to become a sponsor on Audiworld and then placing messages to the group will be the easiest thing you do as you enact your business plan, providing the level of service we've enjoyed via Stratmosphere will be the challenge.

My $0.02.

Default I can say from experience that Peter & Co. have been able to provide superb customer service

They really stepped up to the plate with an issue I had and am very happy with them. They set a strong example that hopefully all of their dealers will represent.

Default lol Glen, you could not be more wrong

While your statement inside the thread was dead on, your topic *title* was WAY off. I agree that there is a hard act to follow in the way of customer service standards from Stratmosphere. They are top notch ALL THE WAY in my experience. But from the tone of your topic title, you made it sound like Forge had a choice in this...which IMHO, they did not.

Have you seen the new Strat valve? Did you notice that the *new* amazing valve is the same in every aspect except for the *cooling fins?

The pistons, springs, Viton O-Rings and even the caps are completely interchangeble.

To me, it sounds like Strat and whoever have teamed up to make a very similar line of products to compete with Forge, If they are just going to copy what has already been done, I dont consider that groundreaking. I will wait to see the *other* items that materialize from this new brand but my guess is that there will be more of these *newly designed* rebadged products coming..

my .02

Default Hey Sean.. I've got both in my garage and don't think the pistons or>

lids are interchangeable. Just in case someone out there was tempted to make a "Hybrid" DV out of both. :-)

BTW... howz the Stage III project going? I've been mostly away form the forum for a few days.
