1.) Did you send in your original receipts for the tires to Audi?

2.) How many tires were replaced?

3.) Did you replace the factory tires with the same ones/size? (Bridgestone RE 040)

4.) How long did it take Audi to send you the cheque? was it a full payment?

5.) Where did you purchase the tires?

6.) Do you still have the original damaged tires?

1)In my case, it was a sidewall blowout. I had it replaced by Big O tires to the tune of $274.00. It was an unusual blowout - tire was taken out by a 4 inch twig that somehow lodged itself into the sidewall. Called AoA and explained my situation and all they asked was to have the bill sent to them for reimbursement.
2)Only the damaged tire was replaced.
3)Yes - tires only had 2500 miles on them so I just got another exact replacement
4)Still waiting - has been about 2 weeks so far. They did not mention anything about partial payment relating to existing wear and tear, so I have to assume at this point that they will reimburse in full....we'll see.
5)bought car new - came w/these tires.
6)Yes - I kept it just in case, but they have not requested it.

2.) One tire replaced
3.) Went to dealer and they replaced damaged tire with RE 040 (same as original)
4.) About 6 weeks from the time I sent in request
5.) Got the replacement tire from dealership
6.) My dealer kept the damaged tire
